A show cause has been filed enclosing therewith a copy of the order dated 03.07. 2015 which was passed in compliance of the order rejecting the claim of the petitioner for payment of interest on delayed payment of leave salary and leave encashment. It has been submitted that earlier to this the admissible dues payable to the petitioner were calculated and authorized/paid. This Court by order dated 06.03.2012 directed for filing of a representation which was directed to be examined within a specified period and the dues, if found admissible, were directed to be paid thereafter. However, from the averments made in the show cause it appears that all admissible dues as per the opposite

Patna High Court MJC No.2496 of 2013 (4) dt.08-07-2015 2/2 party were authorized and paid.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has tried to dispute the correctness of the said order.

In my view, in the contempt application such consideration cannot be made.

Considering the fact that the admissible dues were earlier authorized and paid and by order (Annexure-B) rejection of claim on interest has been communicated to the petitioner, I am satisfied that the order has substantially been complied with. The contempt application is dismissed.
