The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Jokihat P.S. Case No. 29/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 328, 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The brother of Munni Khatoon alleged that his sister was married to Akhtar 10-12 years ago but her husband and other in-laws torturing her. It is alleged that he got information that his sister was poisoned to death. The informant saw the dead body of his sister along with children Muskan @ Fakir and Dilnawaz and Gulab Anwar was missing.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the police after investigation submitted charge-sheet under Section

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30545 of 2015 (3) dt.07-10-2015 2/2 306 of the Indian Penal Code. The witnesses have also supported the versions of the informant.

Having considered the facts that the informant found the dead body of Munni Khatoon and her two children at Verandah and the informant made specific allegation against the petitioners that they were torturing the deceased, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
