The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/ 323/324/307/379/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is land dispute between the parties and the allegations are general and omnibus in nature. The injury report, as it appears, bellies the prosecution story for the reason that as described, such injuries have not been found on the person of the lady Girja Devi.
