The Petitioner was allowed provisional anticipatory bail by the order dated 5.1.2015 passed by this Court in connection with Complaint Case No. 57(C) of 2013 to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna. In the nature of dispute between the Parties, notices have been issued to the Opposite Parties No. 2 but none appears on her behalf.

Considering the merits of the case, the Provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by the order dated 5.1.2015 in connection with Complaint Case No. 57(C) of 2013 to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51693 of 2014 (6) dt.11-07-2016 2/2 Patna, is hereby, confirmed on the same terms. However, from now on, the Petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,500/- (One thousand five hundred) per month in favour of the Opposite Party No. 2 instead of Rs.750/-. (Anjana Prakash, J) S.Ali/- U T
