The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Kamtaul P.S. Case No. 3 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354, 379, 307 and 509/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present case is counter blast to Complaint Case No. 47 of 2019 filed by the present petitioner and the entire allegation is false and frivolous and have been filed only to malign the petitioners. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioners have no criminal antecedents,

No.33513 of 2019(2) dt.21-05-2019 2/2 let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the learned counsel below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Kamtaul P.S. Case No. 3 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
