The petitioner seeks bail in Dehri (Town) P.S. Case No. 294/2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 25(1B)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act. Contention raised is that on account of an old enmity the applicant has been falsely implicated on the basis of the recovery which does not inspire any confidence. Having considered the submissions raised and in view of the nature of the dispute as well as aforesaid background, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
