The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that he has not been granted post retiral due like pension, gratuity, GIS, unutilized leave, salary of 42 months. His further grievance is that he has not been granted medical leave for the period 02.08.2018 to 07.10.2018 during which he was suffering from jaundice. It is also the grievance of the petitioner that he has not been granted second and third MACPs despite the petitioner being eligible for such benefit. Patna High Court CWJC No.7055 of 2020(2) dt.08-07-2020 2/2 superannuated, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondents to appropriately decide the claim of the petitioner with regard to grant of MACP, medical leave arrears of salary and also payment of post retiral dues at the earliest preferably within a maximum period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order with detailed calculation chart, failing which the petitioner would be entitled to 9% interest on the entire amounts.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
