2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner has long history of criminal antecedent. One country made pistol has been recovered from the petitioner who is in custody since 18.05.2023.

4. The petitioner is accused in eight more cases out of which three cases have recently been registered in the town of Patna all under Arms Act and various other sections of the I.P.C.

5. Such kind of criminal does not deserve any

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27042 of 2024(3) dt.21-06-2024 2/2 sympathy from this Court.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. This application for regular bail is rejected.

7. The court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.

8. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the District Judge, Patna and District Judge, Begusarai through FAX for its compliance forthwith.
