JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 14-10-2015 Heard Sri Ratnakar Jha, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Manoj Kumar , learned Central Government Counsel, who appears on behalf of Respondents. The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore C.W.J.C.No. 20465 of 2011, which stood dismissed due to non-compliance of peremptory order dated 25.06.2013. By the said order, notice was directed to be issued to Respondent no.2, for which requisites were directed to be filed within one week. This was the peremptory order. Since the order was not complied with, the writ petition stood dismissed.

In view of facts and circumstances, the petition is allowed. Let C.W.J.C.No.20465 of 2011 be restored to its original filed provided the order dated 25.06.2013 passed in C.W.J.C.No.20465 of is complied with by 30th October,2015, failing which the writ petition shall stand dismissed
