That by way of the present writ application the petitioner seeks indulgence of this Hon'ble Court for issuance of appropriate writ/order/ direction in the nature of Cowaranto commanding the Respondents to

Patna High Court CWJC No.5924 of 2024(2) dt.01-07-2024 2/2 inquire into the matter with respect to Talmi Markaj Centre, Urdu Anusuchit Tola Sirniya, P.S.- Ashok Paper Mills, Darbhanga in which selection of Respondent No.6 and 7 who happened to be full brother have been illegally appointed on the post of Talimi Markaj, Swam Sevak (Education volunteer) without following the guidelines provided by the District Magistrate.

(ii). Further for direction after inquiry the appointment of Respondent no.6 and 7 may be cancelled."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
