Learned counsel for the State points out that the validity of the very same provision of Sections 68A and 68B of the Registration Act, 1908, as inserted by the Registration (Bihar Amendment) Act, 1991, has been held to be valid and not violative of Articles 254 (2), 14 and 19(1) (g) of the Constitution in the case of Awadhesh Tiwari & others Vs. The State of Bihar : 1998 (3) PLJR 665.
