JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under sections 366(A) and 379 of the Penal Code.

It is alleged by the informant that she came to learn that Amit Kumar has cunningly taken away her minor daughter on 8.5.2015.

The petitioner submits that she is mother of accused Amit Kumar and practically there is no allegation against her either in the first information report or in the statement of the victim girl recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C. The petitioner further submits that the victim girl in her statement under section 164 Cr.P.C. stated that she wants to stay with Amit Kumar whom she had married and does not want to reside with her parents. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48693 of 2015 (2) dt.03-11-2015 the petitioner, namely, Renu Devi is directed to be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of her arrest/surrender, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Mufassil P.S. Case No.141 of 2015.
