The petitioner seeks bail in Jandaha P.S. Case No. 299/2018, instituted for offence under Section(s) 395, 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that this petitioner was caught on the spot with looted articles. Firearms were also recovered from his possession.

Petitioner has two criminal antecedent.

In view of such, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for bail of petitioner is rejected.

Trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible preferably within a

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23408 of 2019(5) dt.05-07-2019 2/2 period of six months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.

Petitioner may renew prayer for bail in the event trial is not concluded within aforesaid period.
