2. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 10.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 61196/2019 by which Hon'ble Court has been pleased to direct the petitioner to pay sum of Rs. 15,00,000/- (Rs. Fifteen Lacs) as one time settlement with the consent of both the parties.

3. This Court has tried for settling the dispute between the parties. The girl has tried to resile from the settlement terms though she had to settled the matter in this Court only.

4. The order dated 10.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27561 of 2023(4) dt.26-07-2023 2/2 61196 of 2019 whereby the petitioner has been granted provisional anticipatory bail for a period of six months and was directed to deposit Rs. 1,00,000/- at the time of furnishing bail bond and his bail bond has been accepted.

5. In view of fact that the complainant has resiled the settlement done inside the Court, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner is hereby confirmed and thus. this application is allowed and order dated 10.05.2022 is modified to the extent stated above.

6. This application is allowed with the modification as above.
