JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 14-10-2015 An affidavit has been filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 2 appending therewith a copy of the order dated 24.09.2015 passed by the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Kishanganj, by which petitioner's claim has been rejected in view of the compliance of the direction contained in the order passed in the connected writ petition.

In my view, this proceeding cannot continue further. Accordingly, the contempt proceeding is dropped. However, the petitioner, if she so desires, would be at liberty to assail the aforesaid order before a competent forum. (Dr. Ravi Ranjan, J) SC/- U
