ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 05-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party No. 3. A supplementary show-cause has been filed in this case today which goes to show that the petitioner has been giving maturity value along with the interest, post maturity interest and a sum of Rs. 1,62,245/- which has been deposited in the account of the petitioner by the opposite parties.

Learned counsel for the opposite party No. 3, thus, submits that there is a substantial compliance of the order passed by this Court.

In view of the substantial compliance of the order
