2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sadar PS Case No. 249/2015 registered on 14.05.2015 for the offence punishable under Sections 406 of the IPC.

3. As per prosecution case, the petitioner, who was a salesman of Balaji Enterprises committed forgery and collected a huge amount from different shopkeepers to the tune of Rs. 3,62,000/- and misappropriated the same by making fake bills showing the amount due against the shopkeepers.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to the fact that he was not paid his salary by the Balaji Enterprise and

He further submits that the informant pressurized the petitioner to accept his guilt and return the misappropriated amount which would be evident from the FIR itself and in pursuance thereof, the petitioner has already deposited/refunded a sum of Rs. 1,45,000/- and the same fact has been stated in para-9 of this petition.

5. Regards being had to the submission made by the parties, taking into consideration the nature of allegation and the fact that the petitioner has committed the breach of trust and the FIR is of the year 2015, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
