JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-12-2020 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Rajkishore Singh, learned counsel the State. This is an application seeking quashing of the F.I.R. bearing Narpatganj P. S. Case No. 171 of 2016 dated 22.06.2016, instituted for the offences under Sections 406, 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. This Court had on an earlier occasion called for a report about the stage of this case from the court below. The report has since been received and is kept at Flag - B.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33287 of 2016(4) dt.04-12-2020 2/2 Charge-sheet in this case has already been submitted and the case is pending for appearance of the accused persons.

In that view of the matter, this case has become infructuous.

The petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
