The petitioner is the Chairman of the Selection Committee and has filed the present writ petition to quash the order passed by the District Teacher Employment Appellate Authority, ( for short 'the Tribunal') Motihari in case no. 888 of 2013. A counter affidavit on behalf of the concerned respondent is filed annexing therewith the resignation letter submitted by respondent no.10 from the post of Block Teacher. The counsel for the petitioner, in view of the aforesaid fact, states that now since there is no two claimants for the post, the writ application has lost its relevance as it was presented with the grievance that in the light of the order of the Tribunal there are two claimants for the post in- question.
The writ application is disposed of.
