Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 494/34, 395, 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

One stolen golden chain is said to have been recovered from the shop of father of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 9.4.2016 without having any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Jamui in Sono P.S. Case no. 38/2016.
