The sole petitioner who apprehends her arrest in Darauli P.S. Case No. 16 of 2016 registered for the offence under section 409/ 420 of the Indian Penal Code has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

It was submitted by learned senior counsel for the petitioner that on perusal of the F.I.R. it is evident that it is hardly a case of disciplinary action against the petitioner. The petitioner was headmistress in school and it has been alleged that against the direction of the authority concerned construction of school building was done. On aforesaid ground a prayer has

After perusal of the F.I.R. and material on record the court is satisfied that it is not a case for grant of anticipatory bail. The petition stands dismissed.
