JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-12-2020 This is an application seeking quashing of the FIR of Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 131 of 2016 dated 28.05.2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 406, 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. On 15.10.2020, this Court had asked for a report from the court below about the stage of the case. The report has since been received and is kept at 'FlagA'. From the report it appears that the charge sheet has already been submitted and the case is pending at the stage of the appearance of the accused person.
