Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(c)(d) and 36 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018 and Section 414 of I.P.C. Empty bottle of liquor was recovered and allegation is that the same was of the petitioners. Petitioners are in custody since 11.05.2020.

No.21691 of 2020(2) dt.06-07-2020 2/2 Considering the nature of allegation and statement of the petitioners on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Special Case No.3427 of 2020 arising out of Didarganj Police Station Case No.105 of 2020 with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
(b) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
