2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mahuwa PS Case No.51 of 2022 dated 27.01.2022, instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that the brother of the informant was shot dead by Indal Rai.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is specific allegation of firing against co-accused Indal Rai. The petitioner is the father-in-law of the main accused, Indal Rai, and that is why he has been implicated in this case. There is no specific overt act alleged against the petitioner.

5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur, in Mahuwa PS Case No.51 of 2022.

7. The application stands allowed.
