The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 379 of 2018 registered under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Considering the allegation made against the petitioners that they along with Sunil Kumar, Sudhir Kumar, Jai Prakash Yadav and Om Prakash Yadav are actively involved in supply of illicit liquor and recovery of huge quantity of Indian made foreign liquor by the police while cartons contained liquor were being unloaded from the pickup van just in front of their
