This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No. 173 of 2022 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of 240 litre of spirit and also the petitioner is in custody since 23.01.2023.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has been caught transporting spirit for manufacturing illicit liquor, this application is dismissed.
