1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No.183 of 2021 instituted under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, the informant has alleged that due to mutual dispute with his agnates all the petitioners armed with various weapons started to abuse and assaulted the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24044 of 2026(2) dt.17-04-2026 2/3 informant due to which he became injured. It is further alleged that when the family members of informant came to rescue him, they were also assaulted by the petitioners who got injured. It is also alleged that petitioner no.2 snatched gold chain of informant's wife worth Rs.1,25,000/- and petitioner no.3 looted Rs.25,000/- and goods from the house of informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits petitioners and informant both are close agnates and there is land dispute between the parties due to which some scuffle took place in which both the parties received injury. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. He further submits that injury to the injured is simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance. Learned counsel submits that petitioners have got clean antecedent and they undertake to cooperate in the investigation and trial of the case.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, submissions of learned counsel for the parties and the nature of allegation leveled against the petitioners as well as

No.24044 of 2026(2) dt.17-04-2026 3/3 their clean antecedent, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-II, Siwan/ concerned Court in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No.183 of 2021, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
