The only reason why the claim for recognition of the institution was rejected by the Joint Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar on 22.07.2011 as per Annexure-9 is insufficiency of fund in the security fund/security money. Submission of the counsel for the petitioner is that there was some miscommunication because subsequently Bihar Sanskrit
Patna High Court CWJC No.9968 of 2014 dt.15-10-2015 2 / 2 Shiksha Board has informed the State that the actual balance available under the said head is said to be Rs. 88,989/-. In view of the same, the writ application is disposed of with a direction upon the respondent-state authorities to reconsider the matter and take a fresh decision within a reasonable time frame preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a copy of this order.
