The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 1 of 2017 registered under Sections 20(b) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 09.05.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17383 of 2017. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within

No.29599 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 2/2 a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 1 of 2017 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
