Pursuant to order dated 12.10.2015, the respondent no. 6 is present in Court and also files show cause. He has tendered unqualified and unconditional apology for not having complied with the earlier order of the Court dated 24.09.2015.

As per the stand in the show cause, because the petitioner had not filed the life certificate, the family pension to her was stopped earlier but now it has been restored and the entire amount would be paid from January, 2014 and credited to

Patna High Court CWJC No.20956 of 2014 dt.16-10-2015 2/2 her account by the end of October, 2015 and thereafter regularly paid. With regard to the arrears of the previous period, it is submitted that after taking 'No Objection' from the Treasury, the same will be paid. It is assured that the same will also be done within one month from today.

On the anxiety expressed by the Court that the petitioner has not got any payment for over a decade and with the coming festival of Durga Puja, she may not be in a position to take care of her expenses, it has been suggested by respondent no. 6 that by way of an interim arrangement Rs. 1,00,000/- shall be credited in her account today itself which she will be able to withdrawn any time. The amount would be adjusted from payment to be credited in her account by the end of the month. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off in terms of the assurance given by respondent no. 6 before the Court and noted hereinabove.

The personal appearance of respondent no. 6 stands dispensed with.
