Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties as well as the nature of allegations made in the F.I.R. I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-III cum Special Judge, Excise, Samastipur in connection with Bithan P.S. Case No. 17 of 2018.
