The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint case No. 365C/ 2018 for the offences allegedly committed by the petitioner under Section 498A/ 494 of the IPC. The complainant alleged that she was married to the petitioner about 40 years ago but later on her husband solemnized second marriage and stopped her providing food. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after 40 years of marriage the first wife of petitioner made allegation of demand of dowry and torture only to get more and more money for herself.
Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23523 of 2019(2) dt.11-04-2019 2/2 allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/ surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Complaint case No. 365C/ 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
