JUSTICE NANI TAGIA ORAL ORDER 20-08-2025 This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 03.02.2020 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 19425 of 2016, whereby the District Education Officer / District Programme Officer (Establishment), Madhubani was directed to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner in accordance with law.

2. Opposite party No. 5 / the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Madhubani has filed a show cause, wherein, in paragraph 7 it has been stated that the representation filed by the petitioner claiming for payment of selection pay

Patna High Court MJC No.1215 of 2021(6) dt.20-08-2025 2/2 Grade-3 has been rejected vide Memo No. 1566 dated 08.04.2023 issued by the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Madhubani. A copy of the Memo No. 1566 dated 08.04.2023 has also been enclosed as Annexure-A to show cause.

3. Since the direction in the writ petition was for consideration of the petitioner's claim and the opposite parties upon consideration of the same has been pleased to reject the claim of the petitioner by the order mentioned above, I find that the order passed in the writ petition has been complied with by the opposite parties.

4. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed and disposed off.
