JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE HEMANT GUPTA) 15-03-2016 The grievance of the petitioners arises out of an order passed by a Division Bench of this Court on 19.01.1993 whereby the respondent-authorities were directed to issue sanction of payment of retiral benefits and to furnish statement giving details of the amount due to the petitioners. Learned counsel for the opposite parties states that all the retiral dues stand paid to the petitioners in the year 2008 along with the interest.
In view of the said fact, no further orders are called for in the present petition. The same is dismissed. (Hemant Gupta, J) (Ramesh Kumar Datta, J) S.Pandey/- U
