The petitioner's grievance is that he has been allowed compassionate appointment in the district whereas his application was required to be referred to the department. The further submission is that, based on his qualification, he was entitled to be offered compassionate appointment on grade pay of Rs.1900/- whereas he has been allowed grade pay of Rs.1800/-.

The submission is that he has also expressed his

Patna High Court CWJC No.6649 of 2022(2) dt.25-08-2022 2/2 grievance by way of representation dated 11.01.2021 before the Director, respondent no.4, as well as the District Magistrate, respondent no.5.

In view of representation having been made by the petitioner, this application need not be kept pending as the issue is yet to be considered by respondent Authorities. Application is disposed of with a direction to respondent nos.4 and 5 to take steps for considering the petitioner's grievance by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. Writ application is disposed of.
