1. Two counter affidavits have been filed, one on behalf of the respondent no. 6 and other on behalf of the respondent no. 7. From the said counter affidavits, it appears that payment of general provident fund amount with up-todate interest has been sanctioned.
2. In view of the statement made in paragraphs 8 and 9
of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents no. 7, it is directed that let the entire GPF amount be paid to the petitioner within one month from today.
3. The petitioner has claimed that he was entitled for grant of first and second A.C.P which benefit has so far been not given to him. It has been indicated in the counter affidavit that first and second A.C.P has been granted in favour of the petitioner and he is admittedly entitled for financial benefits accordingly. As regards arrears of salary, it is the stand of the said respondents that the same has also been sanctioned.
4. Considering the aforesaid, the application is disposed of with direction that all arrears which the petitioner is admittedly entitled to, in terms of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent no. 7, must be cleared from one month from today.
5. With respect to gratuity amount, it has been stated that till date, only 90 % of the said amount has been sanctioned and remaining 10 % will be authorized by
the Accountant General of Bihar if the petitioner submits his pension papers. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that necessary papers/paper shall be submitted in the concerned office within a period of two weeks from today. If that is done, the authorities shall proceed promptly and ensure that the petitioner gets the entire amount of gratuity within a period of two months thereafter.
