The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kochadhaman P.S. Case No. 32 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has criminal antecedents including one under the Excise Act, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him. This application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.
