The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Complaint Case No. 2584/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354, 504 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code. The victim made allegation that while she was returning from local market, the petitioners came and began to drag her towards the bamboo clumps and made attempt to outrage the modesty of the complainant. They also assaulted the complainant. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners had filed a petition before the Superintendent of Police, Katihar on 27.08.2015 and thereafter the complainant filed this

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29831 of 2016 (3) dt.06-09-2016 2/2 case.

It appears that the complainant is a widow and she has made very specific allegation against the petitioners. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
