Petitioner seeks bail in Civil Lines P.S. Case No. 277 of 2015 registered under sections 341, 323, 308, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the application enabling him to move the trial Court in the light of observation made by the learned Sessions Judge in the impugned order dated 17.9.2015. The application is permitted to be withdrawn with the said liberty.
