The petitioners'

application for grant of anticipatory bail was earlier dismissed for default way back on 10.08.2016. The First Information Report was registered in June, 2013. Since the petitioner had approached this Court for grant of anticipatory bail nearly three years after lodging of the First Information Report, though he is named in the First Information Report, I am not inclined to entertain this application.

This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
