JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-05-2019 The petitioners are aggrieved by non-payment of the benefits of ACP and MACP schemes to them when such benefit of financial progression has been given to other employees.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has drawn the attention of this Court to the Resolution of the Finance Department dated 27.05.2013 whereby the

Patna High Court CWJC No.7851 of 2019(2) dt.10-05-2019 2/2 services rendered by the petitioners earlier to their confirmation are to be taken into account for granting financial progression under the ACP scheme of 2003 and MACP scheme of 2010.

The representations of the petitioners before various authorities have fallen on deaf ear.

This Court, under the aforesaid circumstances, deems it appropriate to direct the petitioners to make a representation before the Principal Secretary, Building Construction Department, Government of Bihar, detailing their grievances, within a period of four weeks from today, who, on receipt of the same, shall verify the records and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks thereafter. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
