Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner No.1, Sailendra Ram, and petitioner No.3, Rajiv Ram, is dismissed as has become infructuous.

Heard both sides.

The petitioner No.2 apprehends her arrest in a case under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. The deceased Leela Devi, sister of the informant, was married with Jitendra Ram four years ago.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against petitioner No.2, the petitioner No.2, Lalita Devi @ Lalia Devi, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Vaishali P.S. Case No. 114 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
