The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case, in short, is that the accused persons took away informant's Hero Glamour Motorcycle parked at his door. Petitioner's remand has been sought by the police only because he is accused in Chakiya Police Station Case No. 286/2018.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent except the aforesaid case in which he is on bail. There is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender
