The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No.596 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 354(A), 427, 504, 307 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph-3 of the bail application. It is further submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner is said to have fled away from the place of occurrence after seeing the police. It is submitted that nobody sustained any injury in the occurrence, which is also

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Hilsa P.S.
