Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner and co-accused Ravi Kumar Yadav @ Ravi Kumar @ Raghuveer Kumar were allegedly caught with stolen motorcycle but admittedly co-accused Ravi Kumar Yadav @ Ravi Kumar @ Raghuveer Kumar has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate bench of this court vide order dated 25.02.2019 passed in Cr.
