1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1.That this is an application is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs/ direction/directions to the Respondents to quash the Letter No. 323 dated 23.7.2015 passed by Incharge Medical officer, Primary Health Centre Akori Gola (Respondent no.6) and letter No.2-1591 dated 11.7.15 and letter No. 1615 dated 16.7.15 passed by Respondent No. 4 and 5 whereby and whereunder the selection of petitioner has been cancelled from

Patna High Court CWJC No.17744 of 2015(2) dt.05-10-2023 2/2 the Post of ASHA facilitator without following due procedure and guidelines and without giving opportunity of hearing and also violation of natural justice."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
