JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-09-2015 The petitioner prays for installation of separate electric connections in respect of his residential house and for shops and business premises of the tenants situated at Anand Bazar Danapur Cantt, Patna. He states that he is already paying the energy bill at commercial rate.

In the circumstances, if the petitioner makes an application for separating energy connections in appropriate form prescribed under the Supply Code, the respondents would take steps for providing him separate connection expeditiously. The writ petition is thus disposed of.
