(i) That this writ petition is being filed for issuance of an appropriate order/s, direction/s including a writ preferably in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing upon the respondents to take appropriate legal action against the responsible respondent
Patna High Court CWJC No.7079 of 2024(2) dt.04-07-2024 2/3 authorities who have committed illegality and irregularity in different schemes of Panchayati Raj schemes of Gram Panchayat Raj Bahilwara Govind, Block- Saraia, DistrictMuzaffarpur such as :- (a)Misappropriation of Govt. fund which has been allotted under MANREGA scheme.
(b) Irregularity and illegality committed in Scheme No. 11/2022 (c) Irregularity and illegality committed in the selection of Secretary of Ward Karyanyawan Simiti of Ward 6 etc.
(d)Irregularity and illegality committed in Nal Jal Yojna in Gram Panchayat Bahilwara Govind.
(ii) the respondents may be directed to enquire into the matter and take appropriate legal action against the responsible authorities."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 2, i.e. the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so
Patna High Court CWJC No.7079 of 2024(2) dt.04-07-2024 3/3 sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
