31-07-2018 In pursuance to the order passed on 22.06.2017, the Superintendent of Police, East Champaran, Motihari has submitted a report dated 26.07.2017 which goes to show that the sole appellant in the present case namely, Rameshwar Singh, son of Late Bhikhu Singh, resident of village - Brindaban Tola, Personi, Police Station - Kalyanpur, District - East Champaran, Motihari has expired and a copy of the death certificate is annexed herewith which goes to show that he expired on 08.05.2006.
