The correct number be read as 1st Appeal No.285 of 1982.

Learned counsel appearing for some of the respondents raises a serious objection with regard to restoration of the matter on the ground that some of the respondents have not been noticed. This aspect was considered at the time of restoration. The appeal is of the year 1982. It was dismissed in the year 1995 and since then more than 12 years have passed and, therefore, taking note of the facts and circumstances, the appeal was restored. The respondent may raise all such objections as are permissible, under the
